Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zoroflex platform. By accessing or using Zoroflex, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using Zoroflex. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. For questions, write to support@datamaestrostech.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Zoroflex (the “Service”), you (“Customer” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of India. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Data Maestros Technology LLP(“Data Maestros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in West Bengal, India.

If you are accepting on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Service — The Zoroflex SaaS platform, including all apps, modules, APIs, dashboards, and related services operated by Data Maestros Technology LLP.
  • Customer Data — All data uploaded, submitted, or generated by you or your end users through the Service.
  • Subscription — A paid plan providing access to one or more Zoroflex bundles for a defined billing period.
  • Bundle — A pre-configured set of Zoroflex apps sold together for a specific industry vertical (e.g., Restaurant Suite, Pharmacy Suite).
  • End User — Any individual authorized by you to access the Service under your account.

3. Account Registration

To use Zoroflex, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us at support@datamaestrostech.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Each account may be used by one legal entity. Sharing account credentials across multiple businesses or organizations is not permitted.

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 1-month free trial for new customers. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the Service. Trial accounts that are not converted to paid plans will be automatically deactivated.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are available on a monthly or 6-month basis. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Applicable GST will be charged in addition to the subscription price as per prevailing Indian tax laws.

4.3 Billing & Payment

Subscription fees are due in advance. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days’ prior written notice via email. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  • Transmit, store, or process data in a manner that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its infrastructure, or other customers’ accounts.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately if we determine that you are in violation of this section.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Zoroflex platform — including its software, UI/UX design, trademarks, logos, and documentation — are and will remain the exclusive property of Data Maestros Technology LLP and its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Zoroflex name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of your Customer Data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Your Data

We take the security and privacy of your data seriously. All Customer Data is stored on servers located in India. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Upon termination of your account, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we reserve the right to permanently delete your data from our systems.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for any GST compliance decisions made by you based on data in the Service. You remain solely responsible for your tax filings and regulatory compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Data Maestros Technology LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total cumulative liability to you arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law will survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered account holders via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
